    鋰硼合金為多孔隙結構的脆性Li7B6基體相和韌性Li填充相組成的一種復合材料,密度0.88±0.04g/cm3,外觀為銀白色金屬,極不穩定,遇空氣易變質,遇水反應劇烈。鋰硼合金具有高比能量、高比功率和低級化、電化學電位與純鋰相近,600℃以上仍為固態等突出優點,是新型鋰系熱電池的極佳負極材料。與目前廣泛使用的鋰硅合金相比,鋰硼合金作為陽極材料所裝配的單元電池在最高電壓和放電工作時間這兩方面具有更好的性能。在不同的負載下,單元電池最高電壓較鋰硅合金提高了0.10~0.27V,放電時間延長了11.4%~78.1%

     鋰硼合金作為新型熱電池負極材料,所裝配的單元電池在最高電壓和放電工作時間這兩方面具有優異的性能。

     鋰硼合金包裝采用開頂金屬圓罐或采用鋁塑復合袋充干燥氬氣密封。

       Lithium boron alloy is a kind of composite material composed of Li7B6 matrix phase with porous structure and Li toughness filling phase, with a density of 0.88±0.04g/cm3. It has a silver-white metal appearance and is extremely unstable. It is easy to deteriorate when exposed to air and react violently when exposed to water. Lithium boron alloy has advantages of high specific energy, high specific power, low polarization and high melting point, what's more, its electrochemical potential is similar with that of pure lithium, which makes the lithium boron alloy become excellent anode material for the new thermal battery. Compared with the lithium silicon alloy which is widely used in thermal battery at present, the lithium boron alloy as the anode material of thermal battery has better performances in the highest voltage and discharging time. Under different loads, the maximum voltage of the cell with lithium boron alloy as the anode material increased by 0.10 ~ 0.27V, and the discharge time increased by 11.4% ~ 78.1% than that of the cell with lithium silicon alloy as the anode material.

Lithium silicon alloy is used as anode material of thermal battery, which has excellent performances in the highest voltage and discharging time.

Lithium boron alloy is packaged with open top round metal tank or packaged with Al-laminated bag sealed with dry argon gas.
